\nMHS is hiring married couples to become weekend houseparents. Weekend houseparents are couples who stay in on-campus student homes every other weekend (from 6 p.m. Friday to 9:30 p.m. Sunday) to supervise and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students while the full-time couples are off-duty. They provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as coordinating student activities, chaperoning to Sunday chapel services, driving student home vans, administering medications, preparing meals, and more.
\nWeekend houseparents are compensated $812.16 per person, per weekend and meals are provided while on duty. Paid training is provided and required annually.
