Title: Licensed Master's Level Clinician

Cotler Psychology Services is currently seeking a Florida licensed Master’s-level clinician (LMHC or Psychologist) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the Lakeland , Florida area . Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time hours, this position offers the opportunity to do meaningful clinical work while enjoying flexibility, independence, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Receive:

• Competitive Compensation: Hourly rates range from $50 to $70, with mileage reimbursement opportunities where applicable.

• Comprehensive Administrative Support: Our team assists with insurance credentialing, referrals, billing, and other administrative responsibilities.

• Clinical Training & Resources: Receive orientation to our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system along with access to virtual training and consultation support tailored to long-term care settings.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license as an LMHC or Psychologist (or nearing licensure)
