Live On-Site Position!
Live-On Site Maintenance Superintendent - Looking for a hard-working and knowledgeable technician to assist us to live on this wonderful property and help keep our community looking beautiful and functioning efficiently. The right candidate should have a working knowledge of carpentry, electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks and be responsible for the repairs, upkeep and maintenance of the community. We offer great working conditions and hours and excellent wages - paid vacation and sick time 16-25 PAID holidays per year! Apartment available as part of compensation.
