Hand Assembly/General Labor
Findlay
$18/hr - Paid Weekly
1st Shift
7 am - 4:30 pm
This position involves manually assembling corrugated cardboard partitions and protective packaging materials used to separate and protect products during shipping.
Job Duties
Assemble cardboard partitions and packaging components by hand.
Insert and connect cardboard pieces to create finished partitions.
Follow assembly instructions and production specifications.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Stack, organize, and prepare completed products for packaging or shipment.
Keep up with daily production requirements.
Identify and report damaged or defective materials.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Assist with other production and packaging duties as needed.
Job Requirements
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
