We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Fingerpaint Branding. This role is ideal for marketers seeking a variety of experiences and excited to try new strategies to drive business growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will leverage digital marketing and content creation to enhance brand awareness, increase consideration, and generate leads for new business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Business Understanding:

  • Identify and drive new opportunities through qualified leads

  • Become fluent in our branding and service offerings to effectively match clients with the right solutions

• Email Marketing:

  • Develop engaging strategies to increase potential client engagement

  • Create compelling content that aligns with Fingerpaint Branding standards

• Account-Based Marketing:

  • Target specific accounts with personalized and timely communications

• Direct Outreach:

  • Initiate direct communication with potential clients via email and LinkedIn

• Marketing Support:

  • Assist with events, conferences, and additional non-digital marketing initiatives as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, healthcare, or education industries (strongly preferred)

• AI-savvy mentality with a willingness to try new approaches

• Creative thinker with a passion for impactful campaign development

• Excellent written communication skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a competitive spirit

• Self-starter who thrives independently and as part of a team

• Entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset

• Strong ability to prioritize, manage resources, and oversee multiple projects

Background and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field)

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience

• In-depth understanding of online marketing, lead generation, and conversion strategies

• Hands-on experience with Hubspot as a key marketing tool
