Job Description

About Accretive

Accretive is an out-of-home data, media and measurement technology company. We help brands and agencies plan, activate, target and measure OOH and DOOH campaigns on real-world screens, and extend them to mobile and other connected channels.

Our solutions are Accretive Media (managed-service programmatic DOOH), Accretive Audiences (custom consumer data segments built for OOH), Accretive Outcomes (our patent-pending OOH measurement platform) and Accretive Connect (OOH plus connected channels). We skip the jargon. Our job is to prove that out-of-home works.

The role

The Campaign Manager owns Accretive campaigns from first client conversation to final reporting and invoicing. You'll run pre-planning sessions with clients, turn their goals into a strategy-led OOH and mobile retargeting plan, then build, launch, pace and optimize it.

This is a client-facing role. You are the day-to-day point of contact for brands and agencies, and the person who makes sure every campaign delivers what was promised, on budget and on schedule.

What you'll do

Pre-planning and strategy

\n
• Lead pre-planning with clients and agencies to define objectives, KPIs, target audiences, markets, flight dates and budget.
\n
• Build campaign strategies across OOH, programmatic DOOH and mobile retargeting, choosing markets, venues, audience segments and geofences to match the client's goals.
\n
• Work with the sales team on proposals, media plans and reach and frequency estimates.
\n

Campaign build and launch

\n
• Build and traffic campaigns in our programmatic DOOH and mobile platforms, covering targeting, dayparting, budgets and frequency caps.
\n
• QA all creative against media owner and DSP specs (dimensions, file type, length, file size, content guidelines) and manage it through media approval.
\n
• Set up mobile retargeting audiences from OOH exposure. Test and QA website pixels with clients so web lift and attribution tracking fire correctly before launch.
\n

Management, pacing and optimization

\n
• Monitor delivery and pacing every day so campaigns spend fully and evenly against their goals.
\n
• Optimize mid-flight across screens, markets, dayparts and audiences based on performance.
\n
• Find delivery, approval or tracking problems early and fix them before they reach the client.
\n

Client communication, reporting and billing

\n
• Be the client's day-to-day contact for campaign status, changes and questions.
\n
• Deliver weekly reports on campaign deliverables (impressions, spend, pacing and screens run against plan), plus wrap reports covering impressions, reach and frequency, foot traffic, web lift and other applicable results.
\n
• Manage account invoicing: reconcile delivered impressions and spend against insertion orders, prepare accurate invoices on time.
\n
• Turn results into clear recommendations that grow the next campaign and help us renew.
\n

What you bring

\n
• 3+ years in campaign management, ad operations or media planning at an agency, media company or ad tech company.
\n
• Hands-on experience running OOH or DOOH campaigns, mobile or programmatic campaigns, or both.
\n
• A working knowledge of pacing, delivery, frequency and budget management, with a track record of campaigns that hit their goals.
\n
• Strong client-facing skills. You run a planning call with confidence, explain results clearly and handle problems calmly.
\n
• Strategic thinking: you can take a client brief and turn it into a plan with a clear rationale.
\n
• A sharp eye for detail when you QA creative, targeting and campaign setup.
\n
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, and comfort working with performance data.
\n
• Excellent organization. You can run several campaigns at once without missing a deadline.
\n

Nice to have

\n
• Experience with programmatic platforms such as Vistar Media, Place Exchange, Hivestack, The Trade Desk or Viant.
\n
• Familiarity with location data, geofencing and audience segmentation.
\n
• Experience with OOH measurement and attribution, including foot traffic, web lift and brand lift.
\n
• Experience building client decks and wrap reports.
\n

Why Accretive

\n
• Work at the point where OOH meets data, with targeting and measurement that set us apart in the channel.
\n
• A small, senior team where your strategy calls shape real client results.
\n
• Direct exposure to a wide range of brands, agencies and markets.
\n
• Room to grow into account leadership or strategy as we grow.
\n
